Service Purpose:

This Repair Service Policy is designed to regulate the repair services provided by TEAM RADIANT PLT to ensure customers receive a high-quality, transparent, and reliable repair experience.

Service Scope:

  • Product Coverage: This repair service applies to POINT OF SALE HARDWARE (POS)
  • Types of Repairs: The repair services we offer include but are not limited POS SOFTWARE SUPPORT and INTEGRATED.

Service Process:

Reporting a Repair: Customers can report repairs through MDOT POS DISTRUBUTOR SDN BHD or TEAM RADIANT PLT (OFFERCER LINE). Please provide a detailed description of the issue for a better understanding.

  • Assessment: We will assess the reported product, clearly identify the problem, and provide customers with a transparent repair plan and cost estimate.
  • Customer Confirmation: After the assessment, we will contact the customer, explain the repair plan and cost, and await the customer’s confirmation.
  • Repair Execution: Once confirmed, we will promptly carry out the repair work, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
  • Testing and Acceptance: After the repair is completed, we will conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the product is functioning properly. Customers will have the opportunity for acceptance testing.

Costs and Payment:

  • Transparent Costs: We will provide customers with a detailed cost breakdown during the repair assessment, including parts replacement and labour costs.
  • Payment Methods: Customers can choose a payment method that suits them, and we accept CASH or BANK TRANSFER.

Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty Period: Following the repair, we offer a warranty service for 3 MONTHS.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers only the repaired faults. If new issues arise, they will be assessed separately.

Customer Communication:

We will maintain timely communication with customers, providing updates on the repair progress and seeking customer consent when necessary.

Complaint Handling:

If customers have any complaints about our repair service, please contact us through EMAIL. We will take proactive measures to resolve issues and improve service quality.

 

We reserve the right to revise this Repair Service Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website.
